We are proud to be a FIDUCIARY and FEE-ONLY firm.
What does this mean and why does it matter?
This means we have a legal obligation to act in the best interest of our clients at all times.
This may seem obvious, but this high standard requires us to go beyond the basics to avoid and disclose ALL conflicts of interest.
This separates us from other advisors and larger institutions who may have sales incentives for the products their company sells.
Our incentive is to provide you with excellent service, we are not incentivized to sell you products!
This means we are only paid by the client. This is distinct from “fee-based” and other forms of compensation.
We do not receive commissions, kickbacks, referral fees, or payment of any kind from anybody other than a client.
Not all advisors are not fee-only may be able receive commissions from third parties for recommending their products to you. If you hear a product sales pitch it makes you consider: What is the incentive? Whose goals are priority here?
Our incentive is to provide you with the best service based on YOUR goals…not ours.
Service Offerings And Fees
What Is This?
Think of this as getting ‘full service’ (with a smile of course). We partner together in an ongoing relationship where you have your personal financial advisor at the ready. Seriously, call/text/e-mail me any time! We can even join meetings with your CPA or attorney to ensure everyone is on the same page!
How Does It Work?
After we agree to move FORWARD, we will onboard you by establishing your Initial Financial Plan (outlined in our Services tab). After that we will meet regularly to monitor your progress and make necessary adjustments.
This package also includes our Investment Management services where we can manage your investment accounts with our trusted sub-advisors. This is not a requirement if you prefer a more ‘hands-off’ approach! We can lay out all of your options to help you implement our recommendations on your own.

What Is The Cost?
Initial Fee of $600 (Individual) or $1,000 (Family).
Quarterly Fee (two options):
- Flat Fee Schedule: starting at $1,000 ($4,000 per year) for the ‘hands-off’ approach OR those under the asset minimum of $400,000 of investable assets.
- Assets Under Management Fee Schedule: if we are managing investment accounts on your behalf, once your investable assets rise above $400,000 you will graduate to a tiered structure as follows:
- $0 – $1,000,000 → 1.00% annual fee
- $1,000,001 – $$2,500,000 → 0.75% annual fee
- $2,500,001 – $5,000,000 → 0.50% annual fee
- $5,000,001 and Above → 0.25% annual fee
When Do I Pay?
The initial fee is due upon finalizing the Client Agreement. This helps cover the setup costs and ensure you are not rushed through onboarding!
The quarterly fee will begin upon delivery of the Initial Financial Plan and is billed in arrears. This schedule starts UPON DELIVERY OF THE INITIAL FINANCIAL PLAN!
What Is This…How Does This Differ From Wealth Management?
Not ready to take the leap into our Wealth Management services? Maybe you’re a DIYer or a Financial Services Professional yourself looking for a second opinion. No problem! We’ve got you covered.
We work with you through our collaborative process to create a comprehensive financial plan based on your specific goals!
Don’t mistake this service as a shorter or simpler version of Wealth Management’s planning service. This is an intense process where we do a deep dive to provide you a high quality deliverable you can actually use!
What Is The Cost?
The cost will depend on the scope and complexity of your financial situation but generally ranges from $1,200 – $3,000 for individuals.
When Do I Pay?
Typically we require an initial deposit of up to $500 with the remainder due upon delivery of the final plan.
What Is This?
Looking for something specific for you or your business? This service was designed to address the unique needs outside of financial planning but still give you access to our qualified professionals.

This is a stand-alone service and designed to help those needing help filing their federal and state taxes. We differentiate this from Tax Strategy because Tax Strategy is FORWARD looking while tax preparation is more BACKWARDS in nature.
